Returns/Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will always make it our priority to meet the demands of all our customers. Whenever a dispute comes up, we are willing to handle it properly with you. Item not received:

Damage item upon delivery:

Parcel seized by customs: It is the buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs (such as invoice).

Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If the status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local carrier to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the parcel is delivered successfully.

Unsuccessful delivery

If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of the wrong address offered by the buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused no refunds will be issued.

If the parcel is sent to the wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund. Item not as described: You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 14 days if you are not satisfied with the item.

Return/refund for the quality problem:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gift Cards (if applicable)

Yes. We can refund unused gift cards. However, partially used gift cards can't be refunded. Refunding a purchase made with a gift card adds the refunded amount to the gift card's balance.
